EXB flat rentals is Berlin's indie accommodation rental service founded by EXBERLINER magazine in 2003. Our motivation was to help our staff, friends and contributors to find flats in the city. We set out to match their needs with the requirements of local landlords eager to rent their flats but afraid to commit to renters from abroad, who were usually unable to provide the kind of credentials/guarantees Germans are used to (e.g. Schufa).
For 16 years we’ve been helping thousands of international flat seekers and landlords find each other. Despite the current housing market challenges, we've remained committed to sustainable prices and fair practices. You can trust we’ll try our best to help you find the most suitable match!
